The Strategic Pillar Index is Stay Noisey's core methodology, comprising three components: Origin Logic, Transformation Proof, and Market Commentary. Each pillar performs specific structural work. Together they form the architecture of a leader's narrative infrastructure.
What it means
Origin Logic codifies the foundation. Transformation Proof codifies the evidence. Market Commentary codifies the perspective. The three pillars are sequential in development and integrated in installation. A complete narrative infrastructure has all three pillars built and operating.

How it shows up
The methodology is applied during the extraction and installation phase of an engagement. Extraction sessions are organised around the pillars. The output is a structured asset.
