Origin Logic

Origin Logic is the extraction and codification of a leader's foundational expertise into structured, reusable form. It is one of the three pillars of the Strategic Pillar Index. Origin Logic establishes the intellectual foundation: the conditions that produced the leader's worldview and the principles that anchor every later position.

What it means

Without Origin Logic codified, every piece of communication a leader produces has to rebuild the foundation from scratch. With it codified, every later position traces back to a coherent base. The leader's views read as a structured worldview.

Origin Logic is foundational because it is the substrate the other two pillars are built on. Transformation Proof and Market Commentary draw their authority from the base that Origin Logic establishes.

How it shows up

The leader's positions in the market trace back to a coherent foundation. New audiences encountering the leader for the first time can quickly grasp the worldview they operate from. The leader stops having to re-establish their reasoning every time they speak.

Example

A founder with two decades in operations has built a worldview on how teams should be structured. Origin Logic extracts the formative experiences, the failed attempts, and the insights that shaped the position. The market then reads every later position the founder publishes as part of a structured worldview.
